The Bridges at Bent Creek is a 77,000 square foot assisted living facility with a dementia wing. The facility is part of a senior housing community with independent living on an adjacent site.
The project presented several design challenges. Creative building design and positioning on the lot were necessary to keep site preparation and grading to a minimum. Additionally, a high level of architectural and finish detail was required to provide a luxurious, upscale look at a moderate cost.
Social and reading areas were integrated throughout the 100-bed facility. Activity and exercise rooms permit a comprehensive offering of activities. A professionally-trained chef provides a complete menu from a full-service commercial kitchen.
The facility also serves as a “community center” for the adjacent independent living facilities, offering activities, meals, and social and volunteer opportunities for the residents.
