SGS has been working with Patriot Federal Credit Union in the development and refinement of three prototypes to accommodate their expanding service area in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia.
These prototypes reflect the corporate image that focuses on the customer experience, and providing a comfortable, inviting facility for in-branch services. Everything from the exterior, to the large expanses of glass, to the material selection with bold colors, to the customer comfort zone, and to the innovative design of the teller tower, all add to this inviting customer experience.
