Working with the Kiddie Academy’s corporate program and staff, SGS modified the standard prototype to reflect to the Owner’s operational requirements and the development standards.
The building is a 10,300 square foot single story facility consisting of eleven age-appropriate rooms and support areas. The interior of the facility reflects the Kiddie Academy prototype standards while the exterior reflects the architectural standards of the development in terms of material and color selection.
