SGS is a leading designer of senior housing facilities in the Mid-Atlantic region. In the last few years, SGS has completed over 40 major projects totaling in excess of 2,500 units with construction costs exceeding $125,000,000. The Harleysville project is one of SGS’ latest design initiatives with 149 units in nearly 150,000 square feet.
The original building is an independent living facility with a full-service kitchen with multiple dining areas. A common area boasts barber and beauty shops, a financial center, gift shops, a café, and a pub. Walking trails and recreational areas are included throughout the grounds.
The second phase of the project will be an assisted living facility. The third phase will mirror the phase one independent building.
